Who is Stirling & Kristin

Stirling and Kristin live in Cape Town, South Africa with their 2 boys.

Although we’ve always been into health and fitness, we haven’t always looked like we do now…

I (👋 Kristin) spent years losing and regaining weight, trapped in the diet-rollercoaster, struggled with binge eating and the all-or-nothing mindset. Through these years of struggle, my passion to study nutrition, change for the better and help other women was born.

We have taken and combined our years of studies in personal training and nutrition and personal experience to help 100's of people transform their bodies and lives.
