The Sculpted Body Training Method has been designed to make sure you're training smarter and not harder, by giving you short powerful progressive workouts that require minimal equipment (dumbbells only) and are effective and fun while you build a leaner, stronger, sculpted body!

These workouts are meticulously designed to maximise fat loss and muscle sculpting in the comfort of your home or wherever you find yourself. This is your answer to not just achieving but exceeding your lean body goals, with a plan that can adapt to your life, not the other way around.

30-40 MIN WORKOUTS

Our focus is short, progressive and powerful workouts based on Functional (resistence) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that you can do anytime, anywhere. Each resistance session includes activations, supersets, circuit training and burnouts. Takes no longer than 35 mins to complete.

MINIMAL EQUIPMENT

The workouts use free weights (dumbbells) and bodyweight exercises.

This means you can workout at home or anywhere! Nothing is stopping you but yourself, so no excuses!

SCULPTED BODY BUILDLING

A structured progressive training program that uses my science-backed and tried and tested training methods which sculpt and shape your body as you reach your goals in less time!

FUN & SIMPLE

You'll be following a program that is designed to progress over time as you get leaner, fitter and stronger. Each workout is simple to follow, results driven & fun! I am the creator of the Sculpted Body Training Method.

The Sculpted Body Training Method was created when my wife Kristin was always telling me she wished she had something to follow where she knew it was the right type of training for her fat loss goal.

I was then busy back-to-back with in-person clients so didn't have time to train her myself.

She is a busy mom of 2 boys so she wanted short powerful fat burning workouts. They had to be fun and simple to follow and she wanted to workout from home.

So I combined the science of weight-& HIIT training with the demands of a busy lifestyle - to create professionally programmed anywhere, anytime, results-driven fun workouts with minimal equipment that will get your body leaner, sculpted and stronger than ever!
