Stirling's Story

Certified Personal Trainer | Former Professional Boxer | Qualified Chef

I'm the creator & co-founder of the Lean Life Method & Sculpted Body Training Method — and I know what it’s like to lose control of your health.

When I was younger, I didn’t pay attention to my health. It wasn’t until I saw my dad neglect his health to the point that it led to his death, that I started to take notice. I watched my father work himself to death —literally! He was always too busy focused on work to get around to looking after himself. The stresses of being a businessman along with an unhealthy lifestyle eventually caught up with him and he was diagnosed with stage two colon cancer.

Why I Do It

This was the turning point for me. I didn't one day want to leave my kids and wife at an early age. I wanted to prioritise my health so that I could be a fit, strong, healthy and happy husband and father. So I started learning as much as I could about health and fitness which led me to the USA to study under Dr Abbott at the Fitness Institute International where I learned all I could about health and fitness. After completing my course, I returned to South Africa and enrolled at ETA College to continue learning and improving my fitness-related knowledge.

It is now my burning passion to help people get in shape and transform their lives so that they can live long healthy, stronger, fitter and happier lives.

Kristin's Story

I'm the creator & co-founder of the Lean Life Method and Sculpted Body Training Method — and I know what it’s like to be continuously on and off with your diet and exercise.

I spent many tiring and emotionally draining years in a vicious cycle of gaining weight - losing weight and regaining weight. I tried every kind of diet, (atkins, paleo, low carb, dairy free, low fat, clean eating, extremely low calorie, cutting out foods I loved etc) supplements and weight loss pills, you name it, I did it. I had an all-or-nothing mindset with exercise and eating which meant I was either on a diet and forcing myself to exercise my butt off or binge eating and not exercising at all. I was in a constant battle with trying to be consistent.

Why I Do It

Because of my love for food, which now with my knowledge, I know is a big part of why NO restrictive diet was ever sustainable and would have never given me lasting results. And through my years of dieting, binge eating, struggling with consistency and having to force myself to exercise, my burning passion for nutrition and fitness was born. I truly believed there had to be a better way than what was being marketed out there.

After studying & learning through the internationally accredited Precision Nutrition, Dr Jade Tetha and currently the Nutrition Coaching Institute and combining Stirling's short, powerful workouts just 3-4 days a week, I am finally free of dieting and binge eating, built my best body ever and easily maintain my weight year round no matter what life throws at me. I am more fun for my kids, full of energy, happier and healthier.

It's my ultimate passion to help other women break free from their dieting and fitness struggles and finally live in their best body while easily maintaining it.
